This is an
ultrasound in a young pregnant patient with acute colicky pain and mild jaundice. Afebrile and normal white count. There are multiple small echogenic calculi in the gallbladder. There is also a small calculus in the distal common bile duct, which is dilated. The calculus passes spontaneously. |
